Job Description for Telemarketer
1.Cold calling people using the given office phone
2.Using existing databases to create new leads
3.Research and creating new databases ( industry wise) that can generate prospective customers.
4.Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
5.Following up on leads,track progress and maintaining a sales pipeline.
6.Regular coordination with the sales team and assisting them in dealing with clients.
7.Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
8.Drafting official emails internally and externally as per requirement.
9.Be well updated with the company product and services.
10.Understanding customer requirements by raising the right questions and suggesting them with the right solutions.
11.Being freindly and persuasive while dealing clients.
12.Being patient and cool tempered while addressing aggressiveness and complaints.
13.Documenting and updating the latest information on clients and leads.
14.Go the "extra mile" to meet sales qoutas and facilitate future sales.
15.Excellent communication skills
16.Proficiency in English ,local knowledge will be a plus.
16.Reporting to the concerned manager daily/weekly as per instructed.
17.Adhering to the company's rules and regulations.
