Description
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means.
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers to promote long-term business partnerships.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiating and closing deals with customers to achieve sales goals.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the market.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with sales goals and customer needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in a CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SMS messaging industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex products and services in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
