Description

We are looking for a positive and dedicated candidate to join our team and to grow with us with good self-conduct and honesty. 

- Liaising with overseas and local network agents for costing purposes.

- Monitoring the shipments air-freight, ocean freight, land freight, customs clearance and delivery.

- Establishing a good business relationship with customers.

- Daily shipment reports/up-dates to customers.

- Weekly reports shipping mode wise.

- Opening operations/shipment files and execution of shipments.

- Checking commercial documents to ensure all requirements are met as per the customs in Doha.

- Attending to DO and DO collections.

Information

Desired Skills & Experience

- Should have minimum 1 year experience in the field.

- Diploma/Degree (preferably relating to shipping, but not mandatory) .

- Preferably with Qatar driving license.

- Should be knowledgeable on Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

- Should be fluent in English both writing and conversing.

- Other language/s skills (if any) considered good.
