Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for our client in Istanbul, Turkey. If you are ready to hit the ground and roll your sleeves from day one, we will be happy to onboard you. Your experience, leadership approach, skills and knowledge play a crucial role for this position.
Start Date: Immediately
Preferred Nationalities: Turkish or Arab
The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the international school, ensuring fiscal responsibility, compliance, and efficient resource management. This role involves managing budgets, tuition fee collections, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilites:
- Develop and manage the school's annual budget.
- Oversee tuition fee billing and collections.
- Ensure compliance with Turkish financial regulations and accouting standards.
- Prepare and present financial statements to the School Principal and HQ.
- Manage payroll, vendor payments, and procurement processes.
- Implement and monitor internal controls.
- Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources effectively.

Requirements
- Intensive experience as a Finance Manager in International schools in Turkey.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager.
- Bilingual (English and Turkish)
- Arabic language is a plus.
- Strong management and administration skills.
