Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation & Ticketing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle flight bookings, reservations, ticket issuance, and provide excellent support to customers in person, via phone, and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservations, flight bookings, and ticket issuance through GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).

• Assist customers with travel inquiries, fare quotes, itineraries, and booking changes.

• Ensure all travel documents and procedures comply with airline and regulatory policies.

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor and manage group bookings and special requests.

• Coordinate with airlines, tour operators, and internal departments for smooth operations.

• Handle cancellations, refunds, rebookings, and schedule changes efficiently.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

· Proficient in global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

· Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

· Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism or a related field preferred.· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
