Description
Responsibilities for Project Coordinator
¾ Determine and define project requirement, frame the scope and objectives
¾ Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources (sub-contractors) in an effective and efficient manner
¾ Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
¾ Track project costs in order to meet budget
¾ Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
¾ Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
¾ Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
¾ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
¾ Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
¾ Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
¾ Capture the lesson learns,
¾ Conduct Risk review and take action to mitigate
¾ Knowledge sharing with peers to be on same page
Qualifications for Project Coordinator
¾ Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Most Preferred - Electronic and Instrumentation & Control)
¾ Minimum 2 years of project management and related experience
¾ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an additional advantage
¾ Proven ability to submit proposals, presentations and get end-users buy-in’s timely
¾ Proven ability to solve problems creatively
¾ Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
¾ Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
¾ Excellent analytical and technical skills
¾ Record minutes, archive project records
¾ Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
¾ Detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
¾ Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
