Job Title: Cafeteria Team Member Responsibilities: - Proficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, sandwiches, and juices in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer preferences and ensuring a positive dining experience. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and handling of food items. - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling procedures. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and timely service during peak hours. - Monitor and restock inventory to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies. - Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred. - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, sandwich assembly, and juice preparation. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. - Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
