Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all project-related documents, ensuring version control and accessibility for the team.
- Implement document control procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the flow of documents throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and document completeness.
- Support the project management team in creating reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller or in a related role.
- Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
