Technical Capabilities

 

1. Strong knowledge in creating design documents, FSD’s , UML diagrams etc

2. Should able to understand the end to end lifecycle of an application (front end - angular , native apps, web apps) to backend applications, databases etc

3. Strong knowledge in OOPS, JAVA, Spring Microservices

4. Considerable knowledge on devops, Containerization

 

Team Leader Responsibilities:

•         Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

•         Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

•         Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

•         Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

•         Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

•         Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

•         Support & drive the team on any technical issues and trouble shooting
