Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR and Admin Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential support to the HR and administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Handle general administrative duties, including managing office supplies, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide general office support and assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
