Description

Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Technician and Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a CNC Technician and Operator, you will be responsible for the set-up, programming, and operation of CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·       Set-up and operate CNC machines to produce parts and components according to specifications.

·       Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.

·       Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages.

·       Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency.

·       Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.

 

·       Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve overall quality

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of experience operating and programming CNC machines. • Strong knowledge of AUTO CAD & ART CAM is mandatory. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders. • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
