COOK - CHINESE FUSION (FAST FOOD)

A hospitality company in Doha is looking for two Chinese/Asian Fast Food Cooks for its newly established Fast Food Joint where they will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese fast foods.

Candidates should have detailed understanding of:

Operating cooking equipment

Mixing ingredients

Ensuring food quality

Maintaining cleanliness

EXPERIENCE:

A suitable candidate;

Should be an expert WOK player with a cooking experience of more than 2 years in Chinese fast food cuisine.

Should thoroughly know the Chinese fast food recipes

Should be an expert in preparation & usage of all kinds of Chinese/Asian sauces.

Should be educated and soft spoken

Should be able to communicate in English

Should have a very good understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Asians will be preferred.
