In my role as an IT Engineer, I am responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
• Implementing and maintaining security protocols that reduced system vulnerabilities and safeguarded sensitive information.

Remote Support, VPN, Active Directory, Inventory and Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system backups, and hardware upgrades.
