I am also proficient in PMS (hotelogix) system for registering guests, which helped me to provide seamless and efficient services to customers.

In addition to my project management experience, I also worked as an Information Operator (Customer Service) at Expo 2020 Dubai, where I provided exceptional customer service, addressed concerns, and provided solutions that exceeded customers' expectations. My hospitality experience as a Receptionist at Corinthia Hotel, coupled with my knowledge of the Opera system, has honed my front office skills and enabled me to provide outstanding services to guests.

Furthermore, I have experience as a cabin crew member, where I developed excellent interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. As both an Operation and Customer Service Manager, I have honed my B2C and B2B skills, which include identifying potential clients, scheduling meetings, pitching proposals, and closing deals. Additionally, my experience in site visits, team leadership, and sales performance analysis has enabled me to drive results that exceed organizational goals.
