Currently looking for IT Support Technician or Ass. system admin similar roles.

Education - BTec Hnd in Computing and System development. and currently pursuing top up degree.

Work experience - IT support level 1 with 6+ years of experience and my deliverables are hardware troubleshooting, including diagnosing component failures, configuring and upgrading systems, monitoring performance with diagnostic tools, and resolving connectivity issues to ensure reliable operation and networks in both on-site and remote environments.

Technical skills and knowledge in Windows, macOS, Office 365 management, Active Directory, VMware, with proven expertise in incident management, ticketing systems, and SLA compliance. many of other skills list at my CV
