As an architect with 9 years of experience in both design

 and site management I am helpful in:

- Innovative designs subject to building codes and converting them into feasible final

product going through execution drawings, shop drawings and follow up on site.

- Procurement and tendering documents preparation.

- Pricing and negotiation.

- Site management, coordination between all the involved parties (contractors, suppliers,

design offices, consultant, client representative...), quality control, logistics, work

inspection, measurement sheets and interim payments.
