I am Mohamed Imran Gani, an Indian male , I have a 10+ years work experience in my field Assistant Accountant cum Office Admin. I am willing to work any suitable / Available job. Having a valid Qatar Driving license and transferable visa (immediate joining).
I’ve gained extensive insight in the field of administration and Accounting. My key competencies include but are not limited to:

· Responsibility for Office Admin works.
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
· Strong bookkeeping skills,
· Managing company ledgers,
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary
· Maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as necessary
· Providing administrative support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, booking travel arrangement and scheduling meetings.
· Managing inventory of office supplies, ordering supplies as needed, and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
· Performing data entry tasks and preparing regular reports for management review
· Enough knowledge in MOI and MOL government websites for Renewal of residency permit of employees and renewal of companies documents such as CR, Commercial permit, Computer card etc,
· Preparation of all Financial data including Cash flow & Fund flow, BRS, etc.
· Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
· Preparing BRS of various Bank Accounts and verifying Day to Day Bank transactions,
· Preparing and transferring payroll through the Wages Protection System (WPS)
· Daily report of Management Information System (MIS) preparation and submission.
· Maintaining of AR & AP reports in ageing format.
· Maintain records of all Cash & Credit transactions.
· Priority for Sales by attending Customer.
· Daily Submission of Sales report in Excel Format.
· Controlling all confidential documents in right place in proper manner.
· Collection of all Financial Information which leads to Statement of Accounts
· Maintain records of all Payables & Receivables
· Knowledge in stock checking,
· Managing day-to-day transactions,
· Supervise day-to-day operations within accounts receivable & payable and administrating functioning
