Description

Supervise and follow the mechanical work on site with sub-contractors.
• Verify the work done on site by sub-contractors.
• Supervise installation of Chillers, Primary Pumps, Condenser Pumps and Cooling Towers.
• Supervise the installation of AHUs, FCUs, ERUs and Ecology Units as per the approved shop drawing.
• Supervise and follow the installation of chilled water pipes as per approved shop drawing.
• Supervise the installation of duct work as per the approved shop drawing.
• Supervise the installation of FM200, Foam system.
• Supervise the installation of firefighting pipe and sprinklers as per the approved shop drawing.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines .
• Knowledgeable in methods to do the advance troubleshooting of refrigerant system, control system and skilled in reclaiming refrigerant, ensuring proper regulatory paperwork on same.
• Knowledgeable in sheet metal, AC duct fabrication and assembly .
