Description
1) Storekeeping: Material Management professional with 7 years of progressive and diverse experience in coordinating Materials and Warehouse under Account/Procurement department. Able to handle Inventory management in Construction, Auto Parts-Heavy Equipment and Vehicles (CAT/HYUNDAI/MAN/MERCEDES-ACTROS), PVC Manufacturing Company, TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) and Fixed Crusher Plant (UGURMAK UMK SERIES), Terex Mobile Crusher-TP500/TP320, Terex Mobile Screen-Chieftain 2100x. Good experience in operating EIP (Enterprise Information Portal) and Pioneer for material management system. Creating EMR (Enterprise Material Request) for new material as per demand of the site, making MRN (Material Receipt Note) after full inspection of the materials as per PO (Purchase Order) checking of received quantity, size, colour, Date of Expiry if applicable. Dispatch the goods according to PO received from the customer or as per the demand from the sites/projects MRIF (Material Requisition and Issuance Form), checking balance quantity to be sent to the customer, making Delivery Notes for the goods sent to customer, strictly adhere the Minimum Stock, storing material in their Specific Storage areas, Tagging Labels on the material, updating their Location for easy to find, making ITDN (Inter Transfer Delivery Note), Returnable & Non-Returnable goods report. Control Stock: Civil, Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Air conditioning & scaffolding. Making reports: Inventory report, purchase report, material consumption report, fast-moving/slow-moving/ non-moving materials report and sales report as and if needed.
2) Admin Assistant: Apart from the above, I have very keen working experience in Admin/HR Assistance as well. Providing administrative support for HR executives, Organize, Updating company personnel records and documentation, Managing and updating exact record of HR databases with different information such as New Hires, Annual Leave, Emergency Leave, Terminations, Sick Leaves, Warnings, Returning Back from Vacation and days off, Helping in payroll management, preparation and payment, Answering employees’ questions and providing requested information, Maintaining schedule and coordinate calendar activities, Helping to organize and manage new employee orientation and etc are my expertise, too.
