I am a highly organized and self-driven individual, passionate about developing my career in the field of Human Resources. My commitment can be gauged from the fact that I am an accredited holder of a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and I am reading a Chartered qualification in Human Resources Management, Sri Lanka.

Possessing more than 4+ years of experience working in diverse HR positions with multiple companies, which comprise more than two years Admin Officer in Star Graphics Centre and More than 2 years of  HR experience in John Keells Holdings. I have gained extensive insight into this field. I initiated my career as HR - Intern in John Keells Holdings recruitment centre and engaged in entire recruitment activities of the establishment. I organized and conducted recruitment campaigns, applicant screening, data maintenance, SAP, payroll, documentation etc. While I join the organization for full time paid position as HR partner I start to perform following work activities,

 

1. Preparing, maintaining and updating employee files accurately.
2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the HR database.
3. Monitor staff absenteeism and system deletions as appropriate.
4. Engage in employee welfare and motivational activities.
5. Be in-charge of employee accommodation facilities related activities.
6. Supervising the performance of cleaning, security and other relevant service providers.
7. Assist recruitment process and health and safety practices.
