Working Description    :

·        Ensuring safe use, Handling and storage of plant, structure and substances

·        Providing adequate and accessible facilities for the welfare of workers while at work

·        Providing information, training, instruction or supervision necessary to protect all persons from risks to their health and safety from work.

·        Monitoring workers health and workplace conditions to prevent injury or illness arising from the conduct of work

Period                               : October 2019 to July2021

Working Description    :

·        Perform safety inductions for new arrivals at site, Carryout toolbox talks and safety training.

·        Ensure that all persons are made aware of precautionary measures while performing works.

·        To ensure all statutory posters / notices or displayed at the workplace.

·        To ensure all accidents and dangerous occurrences are reported and necessary remedial action is taken.

·        I will able to conduct regular field inspections and record all safety deficiencies and recommended corrections in the discrepancy.

·        Ensure permit to work system is properly followed.

·        On daily basis i will ensure that all operatives including subcontractors or working in a safe manner and complying safety regulations.

·        Implementation of the Safety policy and programs.

·        Issuing of daily, weekly and monthly activities

·        To give TOOLBOX to the worker on safety.

·        Imparting safety training to the employees & sub-contractor of the company.

·        Make employees able to understand the Safety sign and color code to eliminate the HAZARD.

·        Hazard Observation and Corrective Action.

·        Prepares and submits inspections reports, investigates and then recommends corrective    measures to decrease their frequency and prevents reoccurrence.

·      Emergency Evacuation /Fire Mock Drills.
