Ø Configured the printers with the IP address and                     performed the imaging process in the OS. 

Ø  Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and              repair on designated equipmen

Ø  Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.

Ø  Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.

Ø  Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

Ø  Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

Ø  Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

Ø  Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.

Ø  Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales

Ø  Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.

Ø  Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

Ø  Ensure all the desktop computer systems are working properly.

Ø  Troubleshoot any problems regarding software and hardware computer support.
