Description
Performing Interim Account Reconciliation and providing necessary reports and MIS to Management during the month end closes.
Assisting with enclose the internal & External Audit of Company
Carried out bank reconciliation activities
Generating weekly and monthly reports and submitting to the account’s manager
Prepare Sales Revenue Report for weekly and Monthly
Accurately Follow-up Collection Details everyday
Conducting meeting regularly with collection & sales team
Managed accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger (preparing receipts, debit notes, credit notes, cash/bank vouchers, invoice booking, receipt application, Invoice, receipt, vouchers, Dr./Cr. Cash flow, fund flow. Notes authorization etc...)
Check the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures
Preparing provisions entry and accruals reports for every month
Regularly sends statements to debtors for remind to pay outstanding and taking balance confirmation
Check, inspect and reconcile bank deposits and payments
Study, inspect and assess budgets balance sheets and other related financial statements and records and reports its discrepancies
Outstanding tracking with mail and phone calls.
Handling petty cash for day to day expenses.
