1)I have Four years of experience in quality controle department as a engineer.

2) I have knowledge in HVAC and reservoir piping system.

3) I have knowledge on production and mechanical drawings like HVAC and PIPING SYSTEM .

4)I have recent job experience in a turbine blades manufacturing industry.

5)There are five stages of operations are happening to each every blade of turbine.

6)My responsibility was inspect the every turbine blade visually and dimensionally as per drawing and also following the cmm reports.

7)In profile and tl condition
if any deviations are there I will tell to the production department and they will correct devitions for next blade and I will check again and if ok they will continue the production .

8)After completion of one batch of production,I will release the dimensionally and visually ok jobs to the polishing team for next operation .

9)If any reworks or rejections I will raise note to the production superviser.
