Total of 14 years of administration experience wherein nine years are in Doha as a Secretary/Personal Assistant for General Managers in two multinational companies (Korean & Japanese companies) and for a Chief Financial Officer in a Qatari owned company. As part of Admin, I worked as a General Affairs staff mainly focusing on labor workers, security guards and cleaners for their overtime, leaves, food, accommodation and other concerns. I was tasked to look after the welfare of the Korean Managers, in terms of health check-ups, booking of the event place for their recreational time, assisting for their accomodation concerns. I am the middleman between the top management and employees. I have extensive experience on calendar management. Able to handle, plan, and organize events of the company.
