A responsible and organized administrative assistant/coordinator with the ability to perform a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. Efficiently provides support to managers and co-workers by assisting and coordinating daily office and administrative work.Managing Residential leases from potential and existing tenants.Carries out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paper work and filing of documents.Coordinates with the Legal department for new contract and renewal contract.Coordinates with Accounts department regarding the cheque submission of tenants.Coordinates the move in/move out processes, Baladiya attestation with property management team (Administration and Customer service department).Coordinates property viewing and follow-ups with the Sales team.Answers the queries via phone, e-mail or in-person on a daily basis.Coordinates with the security in charge of the projects and with the driver (For sending of contracts, collecting of contracts and cheques on a daily basis). Maintains clear and accurate monitoring records for each project and double-checking them on a daily basis.Prepares weekly and monthly reports.Prepares lease renewal notice and sends it to the tenants on a monthly basis. Ensures that all contract renewals must be done, renewed and monitored.
