ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Ensure that JSA, PTW, and safe systems of work are on site.

•Ensuring of PPEs, tools, and mechanical & electrical equipment with approved checklists.

•To conduct training for workers recording emergency prevention drills.

•Maintaining daily observation reports preventing reoccurrence in the future.

•Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.

•Assist in planning traffic routes and/or road diversions.

•Ensuring appropriate welfare facility in place.

•Coordinate with client HSE deportment observation related to HSE issues.

•Ensure isolation procedure and LOTO procedure concerning maintenance activity by ensuring proper documentation and authorization of all relevant disciplines.

•Review the method of statement and JSA related to site activity.

•Environmental impacts of construction projects and waste management techniques.

•Presentations about current safety hazards based on market research to educate to avoid health, safety, and environmental hazard.

•Noise monitoring and dust control at the site.

•Responsible for projects and coordinating work by ensuring environmental safety for on- site workers.

•Routine visit to hazardous chemical handling area, storage, MSDS.
