Description

·       Release bookings after all checks required for DG, Non-DG & special equipment·       Resolve customer queries received via NOVA as per defined SLAs in order to achieve TAT·       Follow up for rate re-validation with destination agents/prices on every month-end for all nominations·       Follow up with destination agents for nomination bookings & Ex- bookings issues with invoice and terms of payment disputes.·       Proper follow – up with customer & destination agent for long standing container’s & invoice disputes to resolve on time·       Coordinating with Shipping lines & Freight forwarders for freight quotation, ·       Finalization of freight quotation, nominating freight forwarders for handling shipments by considering least freight and their services and network to handle the shipment for timely delivery of goods,·       Preparing B/L instructions, shipping certificate details, coordinating with shipping line & forwarders for the amendments, finalization & issuance of BL, telex release,·       Authorizing the freight invoices for payment processing, updating shipment related files (Export), LC Documentation (Preparing PIs for LC opening, Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, covering letters, and other documents as per LC terms, arranging LC confirm. ·       BLs & shipping certificate, coordinating with banks for advice for export LC documents and discrepancy related issues) Purchase order processing. ·       Purchase Entry, generating Sales Invoice, Preparing the documents for export Documentation (Invoice, Packing list & certificate of origin)·       Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time, dispatches to carriers. Verifies merchandise shipped by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, noting discrepancies. Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and status·       Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special request
