HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR at Aspire Zone Project August 2018- till now

• Supervising team members and coordinating the daily activities, such as housekeeping PPM of building, Pool systems and pest control.
• Deep cleaning followed as per the cleaning schedule.
• Making sure all the staff are on duty and they are monitored while doing the task.
• Conducting all cleaning inspection as required by the client.
• Ensure cleaning team obey site policies.
• Maintain high standard of personal hygiene always to all the staff.
• Ensures adequate cleaning supplies are stocked.
• Managing database system (Concept Evolution/CAFM) updating daily information, certifying PPM, and raising CM task in a database system
• Carrying out the inspection on all buildings and outdoor areas.
• Assist fire drill testing and fire alarm testing for the policy of civil defense in Qatar.
• Preparing different types of reports like daily activity, Incident, damaged asset, and critical equipment breakdown report.
• Assist HSE team during HSE, ISO audits and safety walks at Venue.
• Manage the team members in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality and standards.
• Conduct toolbox meetings with team members.
