I’m a HR/Admin professional, with skills and experience in personnel file management, process development, recruitment process, leave management, support in payroll preparation, joining   and   leave/exit   settlement   process, on-boarding and   off- boarding formalities, deal   with   vendors. Now I’m interested in bringing my more than 9   yrs.   of   experience and abilities to work for your company. Currently working as HR /Admin Officer in Qatar for group of Companies & Sole responsible for 5 companies.

 

My ability to work as a good team player, meet deadlines and go extra mile, together with my penchant for detail, have contributed to my success in chosen career. I have been awarded with best employee from my previous employer which is one of the top staffing companies in India. I have performed wide variety of HR activities, administration, support in payroll, operations and visa process.

 

An effective organizer and planner with a history of meeting all assigned goals. I’m able to interact well with staff members at all levels, as well as candidates and recruits.
