DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ü Attended to phone calls.
ü Directed the phone calls to respective units and offices.
ü Sorted the incoming documents and identified which ones must be given priority.
ü Received letters of invitations and delivered to the office concerned.
ü Facilitated cancellation of ordered products.
ü Kept the receiving area tidy and clean.
