I hold UPDA Grade-C registration, am a Member of the Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MIIQS), and am pursuing MCIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) membership. My expertise covers the full project cycle — from cost planning, BOQ preparation, tendering, and estimation, to post-contract activities including variations, claims management, subcontractor billing, final accounts, and cost reporting.

I am well-versed in FIDIC contracts and multiple methods of measurement (SMM7, POMI, NRM, CESSM3). My technical proficiency includes CCS Candy, ERP AdlER (Cost Tracking), PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6.
