I have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology (Calicut University). For last 5 years from February 2018 to February 2023 worked as Quality Assurance Officer for 3 years and as Production Manager for 2 years at Malabar Natural Foods Calicut (exporting frozen vegetables, dry snacks and frozen ready to eat foods). As part of my undergraduate degree, I undertook a 15 days In plant training from Milma Wayanad Dairy.I had undergone training in HACCP (level 3). Handling ISO documentation and export documentation works. I also participated in a workshop on Entrepreneurship development in Food Processing. My strengths are I am ready to accept challenges, energetic, and committed. I am hardworking and dependable with a variety of skills.
