I obtained degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Holy Angel University Philippines years 1990. More than twenty five (25) years experience in Civil Construction works, Facility Management & Geotechnical Works. In more than nineteen (19) years of which in the Gulf Region specifically in Qatar involving in Project Construction, Management, Design, Supervision and Inspector of Building, Industrial, Oil & Gas and Facility Management Maintenance Projects. Accredited in MMUP Grade A Civil Engineer. Well experienced with QAQC, Engineering Construction and Safety as well.
