I have more than 3 years of experience as PRO/ Document Controller. i m having Qid with noc. Below are some details of my related work.
Ø To provide professional service related to legal issues for visas, residency, and passports to all personal & to be under Company sponsorship.
Ø To process all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of the immigration office, ministry of social affairs, ministry of foreign affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations.
Ø Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas, etc. in the social affairs office as well as prepare online applications of immigration in compliance with Qatar laws and regulations.
Ø Responsible to complete residence formalities such as a medical checkup, fingerprints, medical insurance for all new employees of the Company timely.
Ø Coordinate employment /visit visas and health cards issuance.
Ø Timely follow-up on residences renewal.
Ø Submit weekly updates to Admin Officer on visa status (with visa tracing system).
Ø Reminder for Employee Passport renewal.
Ø Keep records of personnel for visas, passports, civil ides, and other important documents.
Ø Update & communicate all new laws or rules issued by Government.
Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
