My name is G. Ginila Josey, and I hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering. I have over 10 years of professional experience as an Administrative Assistant, where I developed strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills that contribute to smooth and efficient office operations. I am experienced in handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating effectively with various internal departments. My technical background enables me to apply a structured and analytical approach to administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
I am skilled in maintaining files and project documentation, assisting employees with administrative needs, managing travel arrangements, preparing management reports, and supporting HR, Finance, and Engineering departments. I also manage monthly attendance and overtime records, and handle invoice processing and coordination with concerned departments.
