SPLIT AC. WINDOW AC . FCU, AHU . PACKAGE UNIT MEP technical work HVAC, Plumbing,
and electrical MAINTANANCE work building, apartment, Hotel, School, moll all in all work experience in (TOTAL 10 YEARS).
- Install, inspect, repair and maintain electrical systems,
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely and
effective solutions to ensure system efficiency and proper functioning.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as , lubricating
motors, and replacing worn-out parts to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and maintain accurate records of work
performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and maintain positive
relationships.
Skilled in using hand and power tools, gauges, and other testing equipment to ensure proper system
functioning. Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the work
