With nine years of total work experience; 3.5 years of them are in recruitment, human resources development, and training.  My engagement with the duties, contribution as a team player always allow me to reflect my positive vibe within my team as well as the organization.  The experience that I have acquired from my own life and by reading and listening to others, knowledge, skills, and talent; would be transformed into effectiveness in team management, problem-solving, and so on.
