Experienced Ticketing and Reservation officer in Travel industry with over 2 year of experience. I proficient in using Sabre GDS and LCC web portals Ids (FZ, G9, J9, XY...etc).
I maintained over all travel life cycle Includes:
• Booking and issuance of tickets.
• Re-issuance, Voids and refunds.
With Buisness to Customer (B2C) experience I also have Buisness to Buisness (B2B) work experience.
