Experienced in bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll processing, and budget monitoring

Skilled in general ledger and sub-ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing procedures

Proficient in accounting systems: QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, Zoho, Sage, and Zanda Health

Familiar with ERP systems and modules including HRMS, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Costing

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and financial modeling; Proficient in Word and PowerPoint

Capable in invoicing and billing, accounts payable/receivable, petty cash management, and CAPEX handling
