Description
Holder of a BSc degree in engineering, a construction industry professional with more than 18 years of experience in the role of public relations and stakeholder manager, capable of starting on projects from design through construction stages, liaising, coordinating, and overseeing the stakeholder management with client, consultant, government, public sector, and private sector entities.
Having worked for major construction conglomerates, have enriched my connections, relations, and experience, with leading organizations, government ministries and committees.
Under the roles and responsibilities below.
· Responsible for the company projects staff and workforce legal processes and requirements, such as residency, visa, work permit, Immigration and Labor affairs, transfers of employee contracts, licenses, and health insurance.
· Responsible for corporate related affairs, such as government licenses, commercial registrations, authorities’ exceptions, CID liaison, notary advisory and attestations, supplier contracts, third-party liaison, employee insurance, and third-party insurance.
· Developed communication strategies, and employed relationship developing plans with government authorities, and mega players in the real-estate industry.
· Lead communication manager on multiple projects working under joint ventures and contractors.
· Review and approval of communication formats, formalities, and forms, for all government, consultants, and clients’ communications and correspondences.
· Managed communications with government entities such MOI, Ashghal, MOCI, Emiri Diwan, MME, Civil Defense, and MADLSA.
· Provided consultation and advice for public relations and communication, to multiple Board of Directors, General managers, and senior staff, in the role of stakeholder manager for mega joint ventures and contractors.
· Dealing with Metrash 2.
· Maintain cordial relations with Immigration & Labour authorities for smooth functioning of PR works.
· Act as an interface between the company and third party for matters involving corporate compliances.
· Collect and give regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to keep the HR team well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
· Uphold the Vision, Mission and values of the organization.
· Any other tasks assigned by your superiors from time to time.
