Finance professional with over 6 years of diversified experience across treasury, corporate finance, and investment banking, currently based in Qatar. I specialize in funding strategy, liquidity management, investment optimization, and structured financing across large-scale corporates and conglomerates.

At Engro Corporation, one of Pakistan’s top five conglomerates, I work in the Group Treasury function, managing long-term financing portfolios, working capital requirements, and investment portfolios for multiple subsidiaries. My key achievements include:

• USD 562 Mn acquisition financing – largest in Engro’s history.

• USD 71 Mn short-term Sukuk – Pakistan’s largest, oversubscribed 3.5x.

• USD 160 Mn investment portfolio – optimizing liquidity and returns.

Previously, I managed USD 1 Bn+ project financings at K-Electric and executed DCM and syndication transactions (~USD 210 Mn) at BankIslami Pakistan. My work has involved close coordination with banks, DFIs, and global financial institutions, structuring innovative and cost-efficient financing solutions.

Academically, I hold an MBA and BBA in Finance and have cleared CFA Level II, strengthening my analytical and financial modeling expertise.
