Take part in implementing an overall recruiting strategy Prepare, design, and update job descriptions and job profiles as per the manager’s request Prepare and design job ads and posters to appropriate job boards/newspaper Source and recruit candidates by using databases, and social media. Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications Conduct interviews by Introducing the company, the position, the conditions the responsibilities via video, telephone & in person in order to shortlist the candidates Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills (hard & soft), and experience Schedule and organize the final round with respective managers and follow up on the interview status Collect candidate’s documents and submit them to PRO for visa processing Implement a methodological and documented recruitment protocol and maintain organized databases with candidates’ data, and interview forms… Follow up MOI and with PRO and communicate with candidates regarding medical & ID process
