I am an IT Support and Network Administration Professional with over three years of experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and network management. My background includes providing end-user support to more than 300 users, resolving hardware and software issues, configuring printers and CCTV system management, and implementing Zabbix for proactive network monitoring to minimize downtime.

I hold a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Computing (Networking), a Cisco certification in Network Support and Security, and an ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management certification. In addition, I have completed specialized training in Network Troubleshooting (IBM) and Network Support and Security (Cisco NetAcad).

Beyond IT infrastructure and networking, I have solid knowledge of data analysis, data entry, and data visualization, with hands-on experience designing Tableau dashboards for business insights.

I am a motivated, self-driven, and adaptable professional with a passion for learning and applying new technologies to improve operational efficiency. Originally from Sri Lanka, I am currently based in Qatar with the QID and NOC and available for immediate joining. My goal is to contribute my technical expertise and problem-solving skills to a forward-thinking organization.
