Summary:

Reliable and dedicated Messenger with 17 years of extensive experience in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Proven track record in delivering documents and goods in a timely and secure manner, supporting administrative functions, and providing excellent service across government offices, private companies, and embassies. Holds a valid GCC driving license and a transferable visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely pickup and delivery of official documents, parcels, and confidential materials.

• Assisting in administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, document preparation, and handling mail.

• Coordinating with HR and PRO departments for government-related tasks (visa processing, renewals, labor office visits, etc.).

• Ensuring safe driving practices and vehicle maintenance.

• Maintaining delivery logs and obtaining necessary signatures.

• Running errands including bank deposits, utility payments, and purchasing office supplies.

• Supporting daily logistics and ensuring communication between departments and external entities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of city routes and traffic regulations in both Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

• Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive documents with confidentiality and integrity.

• Punctual, dependable, and highly organized.

• Capable of working under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

• Fluent in English, Arabic ,Tamil,Malayalam and Hindi.
