Our clinic is currently seeking a skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office software. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will have the ability to ensure they receive the best possible experience while visiting our clinic.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome patients to the office and ensure they feel comfortable and at ease during their visit.

- Schedule appointments, confirm patient appointments, and assist patients with any questions or concerns they may have.

- Collect and record patient information, update patient records, and manage the patient flow in the office.

- Handle insurance claims, billing, and payment collections accurately and efficiently.

- Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure that the office is fully stocked.

- Assist the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.

 

Key Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, specifically Word and Excel.

- Knowledge and experience with dental software is a plus.
