ü Make and Review the PPM work schedule for engineers, supervisor and technicians.
ü Perform ongoing preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other installed facilities according to the client needs and work orders.
ü Maintain and operate all HVAC and MEP systems, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, domestic pumps, fire pump rooms, generators, building management system, and building repairs.
ü Review, Implementation and Adherence to SOP’s
ü Review and Approve material requested by FM team.
ü Recruit, Interview, Hire, Train and Evaluate Maintenance Personnel
ü Review employees work hours to verify and approves payroll.
ü Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and AMC reports.
