During my 2 years in BPO and more than 2 years in Logistics I have honed my skills. My role required a keen eye for accurate and detail and the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues before it sent to our client, maintain clear communication, and give the customers satifaction.
My experience has included complete and accurate Bill of Lading/Shipping Document output, Encode and apply shipping instructions and coordinates any discrepancies, Check and Assess completeness of Shipping instructions based on agreed requirements from Europe, Asia and North America, As a result, I think I would be a valuable addition to your team.
During my time as a Document Specialist at Seidopro Global Inc., I was also responsible for Issuing and sending documents to our customers.
I am organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce accurate and quality documents, Furthermore, I have excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
I have outstanding written communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous managers have commented on my ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy in my work.
