I am a Teacher Assistant and a learning support teacher, with over four years of experience in educational support roles, including my current position as a Learning Support Teacher, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team. In my current role, I assist students with diverse learning needs, facilitate their academic progress, and collaborate closely with lead teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans. My responsibilities include: 

·        Providing one-on-one and small group support to enhance student understanding and confidence.

·        Assisting in lesson planning and delivery, particularly for students with special educational needs.

·        Monitoring and recording student progress to inform instructional strategies.

Previously, as a Teacher Assistant, I honed my skills in classroom management, lesson preparation, and student engagement. I worked

collaboratively with educators to create an inclusive and supportive learning

environment, ensuring that each student received the attention and resources

necessary to succeed. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and have pursued various professional development courses, including Adaptive Teaching, Inclusive Practice, and Classroom Management Strategies. These experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in educational methodologies and a passion for fostering student growth.
