Description

Roles and Responsibilities:v  Ensure compliance with client and company HSE procedures at site.v  Conduct safety induction to new employees and organise daily toolbox meeting prior to start the job.v  Daily inspection of the site to identify the hazards, unsafe condition and acts.v  Prepare reports on daily activity unsafe practices and taken remedies.v  Ensure the proper use and maintenance of personnel protective equipment.v  Inspection of all works on heights (scaffolding), electrical safety and LOTO work.v  Inspection of fire extinguishers are located provide weekly reports and monthly status.v  Conducting gas monitoring, LEL checking prior to start the job, H2S and oxygen deficiency in case of confined space works.v  Investigation of accident and near miss and keep a record of all data, documents. Inspecting tools and equipment and check whether color coding has been followed.      Interface with site supervisors on a daily basis to provide proactive technical advice for field activities.v  Verify all scaffolding is tagged and safe condition.v  Crane, forklift and other vehicles checklist and operator competency certification inspection.v  Ensure that competent persons with enough training are involved in work activities.v  Conducts toolbox talk about HSE issues and risks and demonstrate the use of safety equipment. v  Risk Assessment. v  Preparation of Monthly HSE reports. v  Inspection carried out Electrical Safety, Welding and cutting.   v  Implementing safe system and procedures of job at workplace. v  Ensure waste management control. v  Ensure the equipment and materials are safe for use.         v  Identify the hazard and give the control measure. v  Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard free environment. v  Provide FIRST AID to the minor injury people. v  Verifies that all tools and equipment are safe for use.
